French Chamber Gala Dinner 2019: Illumination

Описание: On 31 May, the French Chamber’s annual Gala Dinner welcomed 600 VIP guests to celebrate the longstanding connections between the French and Hong Kong business communities for an evening of ‘Illumination’.

It was also our great pleasure to be joined by Mrs Carrie Lam, Chief Executive of the HKSAR Government, as our Guest of Honour.

Highlighting the best of French art de vivre, this year we were privileged to host two-Michelin-starred Chef Stéphanie Le Quellec to treat our guests to her remarkable cuisine with an approach that blends conviviality and sophistication.

The evening was also an opportunity to give back to the city that has given us so much through the silent and live auctions, as well as the Generosity Wave.

Thanks to our guests’ generosity and goodwill, we are proud to have raised HK$1.7 million for the French Chamber Foundation and its valuable cause helping low-income workers in Hong Kong to improve their livelihoods.
