Описание: At the beginning of every class, we sing a fun Hello Song together! In Buenos Dias, we greet each other in different languages while moving our bodies with gentle twists.

Singing in multiple languages helps develop language skills and promotes social-emotional learning by encouraging connection and communication. Adding a twist to the movement also gently flushes the internal organs, promoting healthy digestion and a calm body.

ABOUT YO RE MI:

Yo Re Mi is a musical yoga program for children. In each fun-filled session, we journey to new destinations using our bodies, voices, and imaginations. We collaboratively explore nature, geography, culture, rhythm, dance, songwriting and playing instruments. Through Yo Re Mi's unique combination of live music, movement and mindfulness, children develop self-confidence, focus, strength, communication skills and mind-body awareness.

Yo Re Mi brings curriculum-based music and yoga enrichment to schools, designing and implementing early education programming for thousands of children in New York City and beyond.
