Lizzie Francis, Legal Counsel, Global Religious Freedom speaking about Pakistan, referencing the lack of adequate media coverage of the religious violations in Manipur, India, specifically churches being burnt in their hundreds.
This was corroborated by the five speakers who presented at the APPG FoRB event on the #violence in Manipur last week in Parliament who all drew attention to the internet access being down in the region for many months, the lack of access that journalists have, and the undeniable attacks on the Christian communities on both sides of the ethnic conflict.
