Recipe:
Okra 1 Lb. (Pound)
Chili Powder 1 1/2 Tsp.
Turmeric Powder 1 1/2 Tsp.
Ajwain 1 Tbls.
Kalongi(Nigella Seeds) 1 Tsp.
Cumin Seeds 1 Tbls.
Mustard Seeds 1 Tbls.
Coriander Seeds 1 Tbls.
Aniseeds 1 Tbls.
Fenugreed Seeds 1 Tbls.
Sea Salt 1Tbls.
Hing Asaphateda 1/4 Tsp.
Olive Oil Or Any Oil 2 to 3 Tbls.
Vinegar Organic 1 Cup or More Fit In the Bottle.
Description.
Wash okra and leave in the strainer until dry then cut in the bite size pieces. Mix turmeric powder, chili powder and salt then put in the microwave oven 2 to 3 minutes depend on okra how thick it is. if it is strong cook 1 or 2 minutes more. Dry roast all spices and grind those except kalongi and ajwain. Mix with okra and oil then put in a jar and put vinegar on top and shake it, the vinegar should be on top of okra, the pickle is ready you can start eating after half hour and if you wait 2 to 3 days this will be very tasty and delicious.
