This is the first lecture on the Recapitulation of Angular Momentum.
In this session, the following topics are discussed:-
1. Recap of continuous symmetry.
2. Hilbert space formed by the Hamiltonian (e.g., two-state system with degeneracy, Hydrogen atom)
3. Action of conserved charges on the Hilbert space.
4. Derivation of the three-dimensional representation of SO(3) from physical rotation in 3D.
5. Representation of SO(3) in arbitrary dimensions (in the context of Hydrogen atom)
5. Discussion on rotation in N-dimensions.
