you can add pasta too but my pot was too small
ingredients:
1 onion (diced)
2 carrots (diced)
2 celery stalks (diced)
3-4 garlic cloves
1 cup green beans
1 cup spinach
1 can red kidney beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1-2 bay leaves
2-3 tsp Italian seasoning
4 cups chicken or veggie broth
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp fish sauce (optional)
some fresh parsley
