Another Cheatday (7500kcal) - JustMe

Описание: Usually I eat normal amounts of mostly healthy food but since I have a really big appetite sometimes (once every two to three months) I decide to just honor that appetite for a day and eat as much as I want and whatever I want.
I usually gain about 4 pounds which is mostly water weight and gone after a few days of normal eating:

I don't have binge eating disorder and I don't purge. I'm able to stop at any time, I don't feel guilty for eating and I enjoy it.



This time I didn't film as much as on my last cheatdays because I mostly concentrated on the great food. So this video is just a quick overview of my cheatday. I love christmas cookies and felt like a cheatday would be a good occasion to indulge into them a little.
