*NOTE: Just please adjust your ingredients according to the quantity of the viand (ulam) you are going to cook :D
*NOTE: When you boil, you must turn the heat into HIGH setting first. When it starts to boil, adjust it into the said/specific level of heat. :D
Here are the ingredients for today's ulam:
1 Medium Onion (sibuyas), chopped.
2 inches of Ginger (Luya), chopped.
1 tali of Onion leeks, cleaned and sliced.
1 tsp. of Peppercorns (Pamintang buo)
1/4 Cup pf Fish sauce (patis)
1 tali of Pechay, cleaned.
2 Medium Potatoes (patatas), chopped.
1 Medium Cabbage (repolyo), cleaned and chopped.
Saba Bananas, sliced.
Rice Water
1 kilo of Mudfish (Dalag), cleaned and sliced.
