The Madora GP 600 ZZ deburring machine - a compact and powerful solution for precise slag removal, pre-grinding, deburring, oxide layer removal and finish grinding. With a conveyor belt width of 600 mm and two deburring stations, each with four oscillating discs, the Madora GP 600 ZZ is designed for maximum efficiency and ease of operation.
The first station in our video removes slag with the help of the boeck slag hammer brush (155x2 H1), while the second station is equipped with the boeck HERO QUICK deburring discs (155x2) for perfect deburring and edge rounding.
