Special thanks to everyone who participated to help make this event possible!

Fun Raising Follies showcased regional talent AND provided much-needed entertainment relief for Orpheum audiences. PLUS, this was an opportunity for the community to show its appreciation for the Orpheum Theatre, which has been providing entertainment for the area since 1916. Donations made during this event went directly towards the theatre’s Give Us a Hand Fund Drive for Operational Support.
Featured: The Cherry Street Jazz Combo, The Memphis Dives, The Don't Be Brothers, Carol Jean Trulson & Jera, The Webel Girls, The Five Grand, All That Dance, Dancers' Studio of Monmouth, Choral Dynamic Dancers, Knox College Dance Department, Semenya McCord, Ellen Larsen & Lorie Larsen, Lily Anna Blouin, The Spoon River Rascals, Chatterton Sisters, Josh Ragle, Aaron Tafflinger, Halee Hendel, Kathy Janssen & Kylie Hankosky, Fernando Gomez, and MORE!
Despite the global covid-19 pandemic, audiences are still looking for FUN entertainment and performers are ready and willing to share their talents. The Orpheum Theatre hosted this event to supplement that hunger for entertainment as well as raise funds to care for Galesburg’s Jewel during this time of need.
The FUN RAISING FOLLIES format was a nod to The Orpheum’s vaudeville days, containing variety acts of all kinds, strung together between video testimonials, musical interludes and emcee performances. Production of this event was made possible by Comcast, The City of Galesburg, and Heartland Connections.
