PH unemployment rate falls, underemployment rate rises in July | ANC

Описание: Dateline Philippines: The Philippine Statistics Authority says the country's unemployment rate was at 6.9 percent. That's equivalent to 3.1 million unemployed persons, down from the 3.8 million recorded in June. Underemployment, however, went up to nearly 21 percent, more than six percent higher than what was recorded in June.
