Fresh chow mein noodles

Carrots
Bell peppers (red and green)
Cabbage
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Sesame oil

Pepper
Optional: chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu for added protein
Instructions:
Cook the fresh chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
