Ingredients:

1kg chicken
4 large sized potatoes
3 large sized onions
2 bay leaves
6-7 green Cardamom
8-10 cloves
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
1½ tsp red chilli powder
3 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1½ tsp salt
1 cup curd
5-6 green chillies
Some chopped coriander
1 cup oil

For Special Masala
1 piece of mace
¼ piece of nutmeg
1 cinnamon stick
½ tsp peppercorns
1 tbsp cumin seeds
2 black cardamom seeds
Dry roast the ingredients and then grind into a fine powder
