In this video, I use the traditional ingredients of a Mississippi Pot Roast - chuck roast, ranch dressing mix, brown mix, and pepperoncini peppers - but with a twist. I am omitting butter to make it more suitable for canning. And I don't miss the butter!

🔥 Ingredients for Canning:
3-4 lbs chuck roast, trimmed and cubed
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet brown gravy mix
8-10 pepperoncini peppers ( I prefer just a couple per pint)

🍲 Canning Process
Add the cubed meat to a bowl, and sprinkle the gravy and ranch packets on top. Stir well to coat all pieces of meat.
Pack the meat tightly into pint or quart jars, leaving about 1 1/4. Add the desired number of peppers and 1 Tbls pepper juice per pint.
Wipe the rims of the jars, add lids and pressure can 75 minutes for pints and 90 minutes for quarts (adjust for your altitude).
Allow the canner to decompress naturally, remove jars, and let sit undisturbed for 12-24 hours.
Follow standard canning procedures to ensure the safety and longevity of your pot roast.
Store the canned roast in a cool, dark place.
