Russia Flies Strategic Bombers Over Norwegian Sea as Poland Intercepts Aircraft, Closes Airspace

Meanwhile, Poland's military intercepted a Russian reconnaissance aircraft over the Baltic Sea flying near Polish airspace and tracked unknown objects approaching from Belarus, prompting Warsaw to temporarily close civilian airspace in the country's northeast. Lithuania has reported ongoing threats from smuggler balloons sent from Belarus to transport cigarettes, which Lithuania considers a hybrid attack. Belarus has denied conducting any hybrid attacks against neighboring countries.
