Today we will take a look at our "MCV 400D".

The ideal machine for high productivity vertical machining with its high-speed
LM Guide based moving column structure, dual indexing table and powerful BT40 spindle
The MCV 400D is able to support a variety of 4th and 5th axis rotary tables or large
workpieces with axis travel ranges of 550, 400 and 350mm in the X, Y and Z directions.

And the BT40 12,000rpm spindle motor is capable of cutting large amounts of material
while maintaining high stability and rigidity.
While offering a large work envelope inside the machine, the machine itself takes up
relatively little workspace at just under 4.1 meters by 2.0 meters with a height
less than 2.9 meters.

Each of its 600 by 520mm tables can support up to 200 kgs of payload.

The large dual table is capable of a full 180 degree index in 5 seconds while being
fully supported by a 480 mm diameter coupling.

The table is available in both Tap and T-slot configurations.

And the center post can be configured to supply air and/or hydraulic pressure to
allow unencumbered usage of 4th and 5th axis rotary tables."
The center moving column and spindle head ride on high-speed, high quality
linear roller guides.

Compared to LM ball guides, the roller guides provide increased durability
ensuring the machining precision over an extended lifetime.
To further support high productivity machining, a variety of user-friendly options such
as auto doors, through spindle cooling, chip conveyors and bed flushing are available.
