Chauvet Hurricane 700 Fog Machine : Inside View
I took apart my Hurricane 700 smoke machine because it leaked fluid. I traced the fault to a small hole on the feed tube which I had repaired prior to filming. This is a brief inside view of the unit with an explanation of how it produces the smoke or fog which enhances laser and light beams in clubs and parties. This is one of the smallest machines available but the principle is identical on the larger units, everything is just scaled up. The only ones that operate differently are the dry ice machines which put down a carpet of mist along the floor.
