An unusual villa located in the heart of the island of Brač, is the work of renowned architect Berislav Lukšić. Conceived as an unobtrusive ground floor house, completely hidden behind the walls, it gives its owners complete privacy and a handful of content.

The area of ​​the closed living space is 220 m2, and consists of a kitchen, living room, dining room, five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The main space of the living room, dining room and kitchen has a direct extension to the central courtyard with pool, while the rooms are east oriented and more intimately positioned, with access to its part of the garden.

The whole project is based on simplicity and the use of natural light.

There is a garage for one vehicle, and two outdoor parking spaces. Each part of the interior and exterior tells its own story, decorated with a cultivated Mediterranean garden with 80 different plants and sculptures by Brač sculptors.

Nerežišća is located at the intersection of the main island roads, along the largest Brač field. This picturesque little place has long been the administrative and economic center of the island, and it was here that the princes of Brač sat. The Worm of Our Lady of Mount Carmel dominates the place, and around it are harmonious sets of noble houses built in stone and richly decorated. The charm and ambience of this Dalmatian place is contributed by peasant stone houses, narrow streets and squares of typical Dalmatian construction. Only 8 kilometers from Supetar, and just as much from the beautiful beaches in Splitska, allows its residents to get to know the island in its interior.
