"Yu Xiang Rou Si" is one of the classic Chinese dishes from the province of Sichuan. Translated, it means "Fish flavored Pork", though it has nothing to do with fish. The name refers to the sauce which is also used for fish, but harmonizes perfectly with pork as well.
