Описание: January 11th, 2021 marks a year since we last met.

I wrote this on my birthday in April 2020, little did I know that 8 months could pass and we still would not have seen each other, and so much uncertainty about the future would remain.

3 times our plans to meet have been thwarted because of COVID19 which only compounded the difficulties that come with a long distance relationship.

What’s meant for you won’t pass you by right?

To say it’s been a challenge would be an understatement and this level of uncertainty can bring out the best and worst in us. Or should I say me?!

Time and distance can be a healer, but it can also be incredibly cruel.

When I wrote this my friends Steve Simpson and Gareth Quinn Redmond were moved by the simple sentiment and went about making the art and music to accompany my words.

The voices were recorded on our phone’s back in April 2020 due to the restrictions we couldn’t get into a studio. So the recording quality might not be perfect, but there’s a truth in the tone that comes when a feeling is captured in the moment.
