A gentle, grounding body scan to help you slow down, reconnect, and release tension. This session guides you through the body from head to toe, inviting softness, presence, and calm awareness. Perfect for stress relief, evening unwinding, or resetting your nervous system during the day.
In this practice, you’ll be guided to:
relax the muscles of the face and jaw
soften the shoulders and chest
breathe into the belly
release tension in the hips
feel grounded through the legs and feet
rest in whole‑body awareness
Use this whenever you need to return to yourself.
