This Sweaty Cardio KICK class is the perfect way to burn off some stress and get your sweat on! All the while, you will rock your core and burn loads of calories! Modify moves to make it your own!

Equipment: All you’ll need is a sweat towel and water!

JAB CROSS TO THE FRONT
PUNCH LOW FOR 2
STEP BACK & KICK

CROSSES HIGH & LOW
3 HOPS, 3 PUNCHES-3 KNEES

KICK FRONT FOR 8
LUNGE & PUNCH 4
4 JACKS BACK

This class is an option for a CARDIO session in my “Total Body” Program. (See “2-week Total Body Program” playlist on my channel! This program targets building Strength, Muscle Endurance and Cardiovascular Endurance to feel STRONG & FIT! (Side effects may include confidence and swagger!)
