Energy-saving electronics consume up to 66% less power than electronics using a transformer. The Smart Technology electronics also provide “plug and play” capability so that you can add features at any time such as Advanced positioning, USB power supply for phone/tablet charging and Underbed lighting. 4 Locking and 4 non-locking casters allow for convenient bed movement. Optional intuitive 2 pedal Red/Green locking system, centrally located is easily visible from a distance and is accessible at all heights ensures the bed is locked. The Zenith 9100 is available with an array of head and footboard styles and finishes to coordinate with any room furniture that also functions as a built-in Push Bar. Optional Staff Control Functioning in the footboard with an angled up display for improved visibility and Two-Stage Lockout Functions is available. Counter-rotating assist devices that are FDA/IEC 60601 approved feature patented over-center technology to ensure proper positioning and rotate away from ingress/egress location at the seat section. And with sealed ball bearings in the sleep deck and hi-lo joint, grounded hospital-grade plug and tool-free assembly, the Zenith 7100 is designed to be low maintenance and robust solution for any facility. The Zenith 7100 is available with an Advanced Positioning System (APS) that allows for One-Button Comfortable-Chair positioning, Cardiac Chair as well as Trendelenberg/Reverse Trendelenberg. Should your facility have a need for a wider bed option, our Patented Slide-Wide Deck kits are available to retract to less than 36” and expands to 39” or 42”. Other optional accessories include Trapezes, Board mounted IV socket, bed carts, and extension kits. Basic American also offers a full line of therapeutic support surfaces.
