Diamond Cuts, Indian Sweet snacks are significant aspect of Indian Cuisine.
Kulkuls or Sweet shells, prepared for the Christmas festival celebrated in Goa and in and around the city of Mangalore, in the South West coast of India.
Ingredients:-
For Kulkuls
Maida – 1 Cup
Sugar – ½ Cup (powdered with Cardamom)
Butter (Melted) – 1 ½ tbsp.
Salt – a Pinch
Milk – for making dough
Oil - For Deep fry
For Diamond Cuts:-
Maida – 1 Cup
Sugar – ¼ Cup (powdered along with cardamom 1)
Salt – ¼ tsp
Oil - For Deep fry
Note: While making dough (Batter) if water increase, you can add some more Maida to correct the consistency of dough (batter)
