Walking through the rice fields in Ubud can be a refreshing alternative for visitors. It’s not only healthy but also a great way to calm the mind. We started from Ubud Main Road and went into a small lane that led us to hidden rice fields. Along the path, we passed a few other tourists also out for some fresh air. When we reached Kajeng Rice Field, we tried heading north, but the trail became more overgrown, so we turned back south instead. Maybe next time we’ll try exploring north with some friends—there might even be a hidden waterfall waiting up there.
