OBS Failed to initialize video DirectX 11 Emulation Fixes Problem Tutorial

Описание: When trying to run the latest OBS Studio Screen capture or any other application you see the message "Failed to initialize video".
The problem is most likely that the graphics hardware can only support DirectX 10. Rather than fitting new graphics board simply install this DirectX 11 emulator and it's fixed!
