WELCOMING THE NEW HOLLAND MOUSE!

Описание: Aussie Ark has secured the endangered New Holland Mouse for the first time! We have successfully trapped 10 adults, and started a breeding and re-wilding program at our Conservation Ark facility…helping save this exquisite native rodent from extinction.

Even more exciting is we’ve trapped this species at a higher altitude than previously thought possible, suggesting a new subspecies. Stay tuned for an update on this!
