CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A Charleston personal injury attorney was arrested last week after police say he was downtown yelling at the top of his lungs without any clothes on.
William Mullins McLeod Jr., 53, was charged with public disorderly conduct and booked at the Al Cannon Detention Center Thursday in the early morning, online jail records show.
