About Mechuka Valley:
Located in Shi-Yomi district of Arunachal Pradesh, the Mechuka Valley is approx 29km from McMahon Line that separates India from the Tibetan region of China. This surreal town of Arunachal Pradesh is known for its pristine natural beauty and landscapes. Bets time to visit is from November onwards to March. It snows in the months of December and January so all the more reasons to visit then. Nearest railhead is Murkongselek near Pasighat from where one will have to take a cab from Pasighat to Pangin to Aalo to Tato to The Mechuka Valley. Nearby airports are at Lakhimpur and Dibrugarh in Assam from where Mechuka is at a distance of almost 500 Kms.
