Carrots 🥕
Parsnips
Leeks
Celeriac
Butternut Squash
Vegetable stock pots
Chop up the veg, cover with water, add stockpots to taste, in a pot cover and simmer till vegetables are tender then blend with a hand blender till you reach your desired consistency
