... A decisão de fazer este trabalho - que vai muito além de um simples cover, pois que incuti nele partes autorais minhas -, foi tríplice:

A composição é divinal – creio que é unânime...
A minha filha é, totalmente, apaixonada por ela e quis ofertar-lhe esta surpresa em “toada retrospectiva e sentimental”...
Uma mensagem motivacional a ela deixar...

A sonância, em si, e na sua holística abrangência, dispensa qualquer delonga.
De autoria da cantora e compositora escandinava Mia Brubakken, a música surgiu no LP “Elephante”, de 2016.
O “Eu lírico” impacta ao longo de toda a sonância, mas destacaria os versos infra:

... “Achei que tínhamos construído uma dinastia que o céu não poderia abalar

Achei que tínhamos construído uma dinastia que não poderia ser quebrada”...

Contrariando os mesmos, o que mais desejo é que dês continuidade ao “espírito guerreiro, à liberdade, à independência de pensamento e ao poder da vontade própria” do teu pai...

Que “comandes” o teu destino, o mais que possas e te seja possível...
Que, rapidamente, "despertes", tenhas magnânimos ideais e busques concretizá-los...
Que reverberes e perpetues uma “recôndita, trágica, sofrida, mas intrépida ascendência” que, pactuada com a sagrada e energética espiritualidade, vem superando de forma estoica, "sem vender ou macular a alma", de fininho, pelas beiradas”, anônima e arduamente, à margem de "holofotes, opulência, pompa ou esplendor", por méritos próprios, obstinados, dignos, íntegros e impolutos...

Pode parecer piegas tudo isto - "uma ode à prole e à linhagem", na primeira pessoa...
Sigo, somente, uma máxima doutrinária da psicologia humana e das dinâmicas em torno do auto-conceito e auto-estima, a saber:
Se não valorizares o que és, o que tens, o que conquistaste (material e espiritualmente) e o que fazes, quem o fará?...
