Falling behind on your mortgage is scary. You have feelings of fear because you are facing the possible loss of your home due to a foreclosure.

But this can be solved -- you can come out on the other side with a feeling of security and relief that you will not lose your home. There are no guarantees but if you will consider these 5 steps in the video, this can be very helpful to you.

Instead of worrying every time the phone rings or there is a knock on the door or you see the postal worker driving up, you can rest easy knowing that your home is secure after you get back on track with your mortgage company.

No one wants to be the neighbor "who got foreclosed" and brought down property values -- instead we want to be a good neighbor and have a stable place for our family.

Sometimes things happen outside our control -- sometimes we make mistakes -- sometimes (often) the mortgage companies will violate the law.
