How can history programs better prepare students for the workforce while maintaining disciplinary integrity? Hear from faculty from five history programs that partnered with QA Commons during the 2024–2025 academic year to pursue Essential Employability Qualities (EEQ) Certification. EEQ Certification supports faculty development, enhances programs, and integrates student services while demonstrating students' employability skills with concrete evidence. Learn how these programs are preparing students with work-relevant skills, awarding Employability Skills Badges, and helping faculty and students articulate the value of a history degree in today’s job market.
