Predictive “digital twin” model (developed with Georgia Tech prior to the center’s opening) uses historical crime data to recommend weekly deployment of 10 mobile LPR units to areas with highest anticipated crime, enabling proactive patrol.

RTCC also supports social media monitoring and crime databases for investigative leads and situational awareness.
