New Litigation BOXES OUT Supreme Court Ruling

Описание: Shoshanna Ehrlich and Paige Suezla join Lisa Graves of Court Accountability Action to discuss new litigation in Idaho arguing that women have a right to access medically necessary abortion care and not only at the brink of death under Idaho’s post-Dobbs abortion ban. Erlich, who is a contributor to Ms. Magazine and also a professor emerita at U-Mass in Boston, and Suezle, who is litigating this case for the Lawyering Project, discuss why the right to self-defense and medical care should be considered part of our rights under the 14th Amendment, including for both physical and mental health. Abortion rights will be on the ballot in Idaho this fall.
