The Deputy Opposition Leader has introduced her alter ego “Tina Ley-na Turner” in parliament while promoting a cancer support fundraiser.
Describing the act as “a dare for a worthwhile cause”, Sussan Ley helped raise $200,000 for cancer care in the bush.
“I want to thank the incredible generosity of the Griffith and Leeton communities who made the night such an awesome success,” she said in parliament on Tuesday.
