2x24kg, 2'/5 x 5
max speed 2 min intervals, with 5 min rest in between. Seems like a lot of rest but it starts to feel reaaaaal short really quick. hit a wall right in the middle, exactly in the middle of set 3, from there onwards it was all grind, suffering and willpower lol. By the last sets my grip was totally smoked (liquid chalk really sucks, but still better than nothing I guess?), technique started getting messy, lactic acid made everything shaky and tight, and I was 95% sure I was going to puke at the end. Juuuuuust barely made it, both in finishing all 5 sets, and also not puking on camera.
