KILLARNEY & NORWAY LAKES - Solo Canoe Trip - Part 3 - Norway to Carlyle

Описание: Desperate to get out on another solo canoe trip before the end of the season, I decided to head back to beautiful Killarney. I had just been there for a 4 day solo canoe trip over Thanksgiving and I was reminded how spectacularly stunning Killarney really is. With more and more lakes opening up as the temperatures drop and the wet weather started creeping in, I was elated to find both Killarney Lake and Norway Lake open for a weekend, just 2 weeks after my previous trip. I'd never been to either lake, so I booked it and could not wait to check it out!

The plan was to access at Carlyle Lake, head to Kakakise Lake then to Killarney Lake where I would spend night 1. From there I would travel to Norway Lake for night 2 and head back out to Carlyle Lake via Kakakise Lake on my way out. I would be there just over 48 hours and would have 6200m in portages... with a double carry, that turned into about 25 km's of walking. I hope the scenery is unbelievable!
