Direction:
Yam (peeled and cut into a round shaped)
1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
1/2 cup rice flour
1 tsp turemric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt as per the taste
1 tsp cumin and coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
water
oil to fry Pakoda
Sprinkles some chat masala on the top
