Aloha all! My name is Alexus and I am a second year PhD student studying Biological Oceanography at University of Hawaii at Mānoa.

This week, I am sharing a video of MY VERY FIRST TIME skydiving on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii with Pacific Skydiving! In May 2021, my friend Alisha Corso came to visit me in Honolulu and told me to go skydiving with her on North Shore... SO WE DID! We booked our first skydiving experience (from 14,000 feet!!!) with Pacific Skydiving on North Shore, Oahu. We woke up early one Thursday morning, drove from Waikiki to Haleiwa, hyped ourselves up, and jumped out of a small plane from 14,000 ft! Skydiving was something that I wanted to do as soon as I turned 18, so I am sooo happy that I finally got to do it at 23 years old.. and in Hawaii of all places! This was a dream and probably the craziest thing that I have ever done! I even went skydiving a second time at Pacific Skydiving since this video was filmed :)
