1. Go to the website https://pli.indiapost.gov.in and open the home page of the website.

2. In this home page you will see a 'Login' option click on this option.

3. The login page will be appeared. Here you are asked to enter your customer Id, password and captcha code. Enter all the details here and click on 'login' button.

If you are not generated your customer Id and password yet then click on the option 'create customer Id' and generate your customer Id and password entering your policy details.

4. Now you are logged in to your account. Here you will see an option 'payment'. Click on this option. Some more options will be appeared. Click on the 'pay premium' option.

5. In this page your policy details will be appeared. select the policy and click on 'pay premium' button.

6. Once your premium details will be appeared, click on the 'confirm payment' button.

7. In this page you will see the premium amount details. Click on the 'pay now' button.

8. You will see 'SBI' and 'Pay You' payment gateway here. Select of your choice and complete the payment selecting your favorite payment option.

9. After completing the payment you will see the payment receipt on the screen. To download the payment receipt click on 'print receipt' button.
