In this video is our robotic winding machine in action as it winds a composite pressure vessel, ensuring optimal fiber placement, controlled tension and high structural integrity.
At TANIQ, we develop a large variety of filament winding machines for wet winding and towpreg winding, using auxiliary fiber tensioners, and AFP systems for the winding and placement of thermoset and thermoplastic tapes.
We have recently developed an Automated Fiber Placement (AFP) head for local reinforcement, this allows for hybrid manufacturing, alongside filament winding. This leads to enhanced structural integrity, weight efficiency and performance.
