A heart-wrenching update on the Ranchi Air Ambulance crash: The entire tragedy unfolded in just 23 minutes.
The private charter plane took off from Birsa Munda Airport at 7:11 PM, carrying a critical patient, Sanjay Kumar, to Delhi. At 7:34 PM, the pilot made his last contact with the Kolkata ATC, reporting severe weather conditions. Moments later, communication was lost when the aircraft was 185 km from Varanasi.
The plane tragically crashed in the Karmatand area of Chatra district, Jharkhand. It wasn't until 10:00 PM that the police received confirmation of the crash. All 7 people on board have perished.
