This is taken with a phone camera so quality is not great.
The camera is also picking up more flywheel noise than you can hear in reality, however it will give you an idea of what to expect. The gear chatter you can hear can driving normally in the video cannot be heard when you are in the car.
This flywheel is a welded DMF to reduce has much gearbox chatter.
Finally the car is total poly bushed (rear subframe, diff, centre bearing and gearbox mounts) so this will also add alot of additional noise.
I would only recommend a SMF (Solid/Single Mass Flywheel) if you are aiming for 330+ bhp
