Pershendetje miq. Sot per ju kam sjelle receten e karamelit, te pergatitur ne shtepi. Ketu ku une jetoj, eshte e veshtire te gjesh karamel te gatshem dhe une prandaj e pergatis ate ne shtepine time. Me kete recete, karameli do t'ju dale shume i mire, madje edhe me i mire se ai qe blini ne dyqan. Shpesh kam degjuar shume amvisa qe me ankohen dhe qe thone se karameli qe pergatisin ne shtepi, u trashet shume pasi u ftohet dhe nuk u del i mire kur e hedhin siper embelsires. Te them te drejten, edhe une e kam pasur disa here kete problem, por nese ju veproni si ne videon qe une kam postuar, ne fund do te perfitoni nje karamel shume te mire, i cili nuk trashet shume, por as nuk eshte shume i holle. E vecanta e kesaj recete eshte qe kremin pana te mos ia shtoni sheqerit kur eshte duke u gatuar ne zjarr, por kremin pana ia hedhim kur e kemi hequr sheqerin nga zjarri dhe thjesht e trazojme me sheqerin e shkrire dhe e leme te ftohet. Pas kesaj, ju mund ta perdorni karamelin e perftuar siper trileces apo cdo lloj embelsire tjeter qe ju preferoni. With this recipe, the caramel will end very good, even better than the one you buy in the store. I have often heard a lot of people saying that the caramel that they prepare at home, was thickened after being cool and not good. I've had this problem a few times, but if you follow the steps as in the video I've posted, you'll eventually get a very good caramel that does not thicken too much, but it's not too much thin. The specialty of this recipe is that you must not add the hevay cream when the sugar when it is cooked in the fire. We will add the heavy creamwhen we remove the sugar from the fire and simply stir it with melted sugar and let it cool.
