Rep Joaquin Castro, a Democrat, has represented San Antonio, Texas for more than a decade. He serves on the intelligence and foreign affairs committees and was an impeachment manager during President Donald Trump’s 2nd impeachment trial.
And he’s been in the news lately: Castro recently escorted 5-year-old Liam Ramos — the boy in the bunny hat — and his father out of an ICE detention facility in Dilley, Texas back to Minnesota.
