But once wall sits start to feel comfortable,
there are different ways
you can choose based on your goal.
🎯 In this video
I introduce two wall sit options
you can use depending on your situation and purpose.
① Toe Raise Wall Sit
• Improves ankle and knee stability
• Helps strengthen the thighs
② Ball or Block Squeeze Wall Sit
• Improves alignment
• Engages the inner thighs and core together
⚠️ Important
If holding the position feels too difficult,
make sure to check your depth.
Going lower is not the goal.
Feeling comfortable while your muscles
are working appropriately matters more.
