Want to practice as a Physical Therapist in Hawaii, USA? 🌺 Here’s what you need to know:
1️⃣ Educational Evaluation
Foreign-trained PTs must submit CAPTE-accredited program proof or transcripts from your university.
Send them to FCCPT to make your degree equivalent to a U.S. DPT.
2️⃣ English Proficiency
TOEFL is required.
Paper-based: Minimum 560
Computer-based: Minimum 213

3️⃣ National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
Required to practice in the U.S.
Temporary licenses are allowed for first-time NPTE takers.
4️⃣ Jurisprudence Exam
