Homemade Black Plum Jam

Описание: This homemade Black Plum Jam without pectin is such a delicious addition to our morning meals. I love it over toast and I even make cookies with it!!

In my blog, I have a written recipe for Red Plum Jam which is very similar in texture to this black plum jam. See link to recipe below. The differences between video and recipe are as follows:
1. One has red plums and one black plums
2. Red Plum ones uses more sugar than Black Plums Jam
3. On the red plum I add the sugar after water, on black plum I add the sugar to plums to absorb then boil.
