Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) की सबसे बड़ी नई आवासीय योजना Harnandipuram Township को लेकर बड़ा अपडेट सामने आया है।
GDA के Vice Chairman Nand Kishore Kalal ने भूमि अर्जन (Land Acquisition) की समीक्षा करते हुए साफ किया कि प्राधिकरण का पूरा फोकस अब Land Bank Development पर है।
इस मेगा टाउनशिप के लिए लगभग 500 Hectare Land खरीदी जानी है, जिसे दो चरणों (Phase-1 & Phase-2) में पूरा किया जाएगा।
Phase-1 के तहत अब तक 50 Hectare Land का बैनामा आपसी सहमति से पूरा हो चुका है, जबकि 115 Hectare Land की खरीद प्रक्रिया तेजी से चल रही है।
Farmers के साथ पारदर्शी संवाद के लिए GDA ने एक Dedicated Website भी लॉन्च की है, जहां भूमि खरीद से जुड़ी सभी जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है।
साथ ही अगले 3 महीनों में Satellite Survey और Topographical Survey पूरा कर Layout Plan तैयार किया जाएगा, जिसके बाद जमीन पर विकास कार्य शुरू होगा।
इसी बीच Harnandipuram Township Area में Illegal Mining की शिकायत पर GDA ने सख्त कार्रवाई की।
Gram Shamsher के Khasra Number 750 में अवैध खनन पकड़ा गया, जहां GDA टीम ने पुलिस बल की मदद से Mining Mafia को खदेड़कर काम बंद कराया।
